While we aren’t exclusively a wholesale site, we do consider the total merchandise value of your

We don’t have a traditional printed catalog (do people still do that?), but we believe our website is
the next best thing! Explore our wide range of products online.

Yes, we are based in Shahjahanpur, the beautiful city known as shaheed nagari, and have a physical
store here. However, outside of Shahjahanpur, Dhruv Crafts operates exclusively online. Our primary
focus is serving our online customers and bringing them unique and inspiring products at the best
prices.

Once you’ve found the item you want to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. Each time
you add an item, you’ll be directed to your shopping cart, where you can:

 Delete any item from your cart
 Continue shopping
 Enter a coupon or gift code before proceeding to payment
 Proceed to checkout

You can also quickly return to your cart by clicking the “Cart & Checkout” link located at the top of
every page.

Once your order has been received and payment authorization is successful, you will receive a
confirmation via email and SMS. This notification will include:

 A unique Order ID (e.g., 120000XXXX)
 A detailed listing of the items you’ve ordered, including pricing and product information
 The expected delivery date

You will also receive updates via email and SMS as your order is shipped and delivered. Shipping
details, along with the respective tracking number(s), will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, products listed as Out of Stock are currently unavailable for purchase. However, you
